Instructional Design
Instructional design has always been a past time of mine. In the early days the design was mainly how-to guides on paper, using screen shots and written instrucations. As time went on, things improved and today Instructional Design is a very exciting field in my opinion. I am looking forward to developing design modules to instruct folks on everything from compliance to preliminary training after they are hired.
